The typical profile.
Senior with real operational experience in a vertical (banking, consumer goods, pharma, energy, politics, government bodies, etc.). You have Spanish or Portuguese from some market in the region as your native language, with its real slang. You know how to read digital conversation without reducing it to a sentiment curve.
We're not looking for "social media manager" profiles or "general trends analyst" profiles. We're looking for people who can sit at a C-level table and explain why the conversation is moving one way and not another.

1 · We reply in under 10 days. If you don't fit what we're looking for today, we tell you straight, with the reason. We don't leave you in limbo.
2 · If there's a fit, two conversations. One technical (with whoever would lead the team you'd join) and one on culture (with a founder).
3 · Real case, not live coding. We ask you to analyze a real case from a public client (we choose it together). Take all the time you need. We pay for the analysis time if you move past the first round.
4 · Decision in 2 weeks max. From the first conversation to the offer or the no, two weeks.
