What we look for

The profile that fits here.

Senior, with real operating experience in a vertical — banking, consumer goods, pharma, energy, politics, government. Spanish or Portuguese from a market in the region as your native language, slang and all. You read digital conversation for what it means, not as a sentiment curve. The platforms machine-translate Spanish; here you work in it.

This isn't a "social media manager" or "general trends analyst" role. We hire people who can sit at a C-level table and explain why the conversation is moving one way and not the other — and what the brand should do about it.

1 · We reply in under 10 days. If you're not the fit we need right now, we say so plainly, with the reason. No limbo.

2 · If there's a fit, two conversations. One technical, with whoever would lead the team you'd join. One on culture, with a founder.

3 · A real case, not live coding. You analyze a real public-client case we pick together. Take the time you need — and we pay for that analysis time once you're past the first round.

4 · A decision in two weeks, max. From the first conversation to the offer or the no.
